OFFERING A UNIQUE DINING EXPERIENCE ON BOLD STREET, KASBAH CAFÉ BAZAAR TRANSPORTS YOU TO THE BUSTLING, VIBRANT STREETS AND SOUKS OF MARRAKECH.

It’s one of the wonderful cuisines of the world that Liverpool has embraced, with unique dishes that are full of mouth-watering flavours and spices.

We were seated in the warm, lively atmosphere filled with rich aromas amid bohemian interiors and looked through the intriguing menu.

First, we shared hot tapas: delicious crispy filo pastry filled with marinated chicken that was served with sweet tomato and chilli chutney and homemade meatballs that beautifully fell apart, cooked in flavourful tomato sauce with fresh herbs.

We then enjoyed a bountiful salad platter that included an infusion of Zaalouk (a cooked salad of aubergine and tomatoes), zesty Taktouka (a puree of tomatoes and pepper), Tabouleh (herbs, vegetables, bulgur wheat and spices), beetroot and olives.

We also tucked into couscous (an old national delicacy) that perfectly balanced the rich whirling flavours of vegetables, lamb, chicken, caramelised onions and sweet sultanas.  The dish was abound with flavour and subtle spices, with the caramelised onions  cooked to perfection. Our meal was then finished with cups of traditional mint tea.

Visit to enjoy breakfast, snacks, lunch or dinner.
