ARTISANE, THE FRENCH PATISSERIE – BOULANGERIE THAT HAS TAKEN THE CITY BY STORM SINCE IT OPENED ITS DOORS IN CHILDWALL ALMOST A YEAR AGO, HAS LAUNCHED A BRAND NEW STORE ON BOLD STREET.

Artisane is renowned for its spectacular choice of mouth-watering French cakes, including artisan strawberry tarts, custard slices, macarons and chocolate eclairs, which are worthy the finest Parisienne patisserie shop window. The artisan bakery also offers a magnificent selection of French breads, croissants and pastries, which are freshly baked every morning.

There will also be plenty of sandwiches, quiches and savoury pastries to choose from at the new Artisane Bold Street store, which has seating for up to 15 people.

Anne-Louise Bouffard-Roupe, Director at Artisane, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to be opening on Bold Street. The location is perfect for our second store and we are delighted to be adding to the eclectic mix of independent international food stores, cafes and restaurants that are synonymous with the Bold Street area.

“People come from all over the city to pick up French breads, pastries and cakes from our Childwall shop so it’s great to have a base in the city centre as well.

“We have a fantastic cafe area at Artisane Bold Street, which means that customers have the option of either taking away their goodies or staying for a relaxing French breakfast or a lunch. We’re extremely proud of Artisane Bold Street and we’re really looking forward to welcoming customers over the coming months.”

Artisane Bold Street has a private space, which can be reserved for business meetings, birthday lunches or baby showers. Artisane also offers outside catering for local businesses holding breakfast meetings and working lunches.

Artisane is owned by the same team behind The French Corner, which has been supplying traditional French produce to farmer’s markets and some of the top restaurants across the north west for the more than 10 years.
