Liverpool’s foodie establishment Delifonseca will be celebrating Father’s Day with not one but two dining options with a specialty breakfast and lunch.
For Sunday 20th June only, the restaurant has once again concocted a special Father’s Day breakfast consisting of Flat Iron Steak, Fried Eggs, Sautéed Potatoes and Chimichurri Sauce.
Delifonseca’s breakfast cocktails will include a Black Velvet and a classic Manhattan to make the occasion extra special.
For those who prefer a later option, a limited-edition lunch dish will be available from 12pm, including a 12oz Rare Breed T-Bone Steak from in-house local butchers Edge & Son. This will be served with a Schezwan Pepper Sauce, Chunky Hand Cut Chips and all the trimmings.
Proprietor of Delifonseca, Candice Fonseca, said: “For so many of us, we’ve not been able to celebrate properly with our families for over a year and so we think it’s only right to make an extra fuss of Dad this Father’s Day. It’s a great reason to get the family together, enjoy some quality time and tuck into a delicious breakfast or lunch fit for a champion.
“Steak for breakfast is a real treat and it really doesn’t get much better than our Father’s Day special. If you’re not an early riser and prefer an afternoon or early evening meal, our lunch is perfect. Using the best locally sourced meat from our in-house butchers concession Edge & Son, this rare breed T-Bone is the ultimate luxury for any carnivore – Dad or not! That said, we will still be serving our extensive menu with lots of fish, vegetarian and vegan options included so all are welcome as usual.”

Delifonseca’s Father’s Day Breakfast will be served 9.30am to 11.45am and is priced at £12.50, while the Father’s Day T-Bone Special will be £35 available from lunchtime on Sunday, June 20.
