The River of Light trail that has become something truly magical
I follow this trail every year with my lovely family. It is quite magical in any case, but to see it through the eyes of small children is awe inspiring.
It is a huge undertaking and ranges all along the waterfront and beyond Liverpool Town Hall. It is all immersive and to watch children weaving their way through spectacular displays is something to be cherished.
It is quite good fun for grown-ups too. Indulge the child within. The River of Light happens until 5th November 2024. (Image by Liz Harry courtesy of Visit Liverpool).
