A FEW MONTHS AGO, HUDSON HOUSE, A NEW LIVERPOOL SEAFOOD RESTAURANT WITH A BEAUTIFUL BAR AREA AND OUTDOOR SPACE, OPENED ITS DOORS FOR THE FIRST TIME.

The Hudson House team threw a stylish launch party, serving guests with champagne, their signature cocktails and delicious canapés freshly made there and then.

We were also impressed by the interior design, classic, contemporary and beautifully lit. Not to mention the friendliness of the entire team and we loved the theatre of watching cocktails being crafted with love at the bar.

Hudson House is one of a relatively small number of Liverpool restaurants to offer a spacious outdoor seating area, providing the perfect destination with an amazing view for tucking into fresh seafood this summer.

We were so impressed with the location that we couldn’t resist returning to shoot our main fashion story and cover image for our spring issue, take a sneak peak behind the scenes here.
