smoked salmon comes with pitta, capers, cornishons (a crisp sour pickle made from
cucumber) shallots and sour cream. There is a sharing feast on the menu, which might well
appeal to graduation groups.
Sunday servings (roast dinners) offer grooves, gravy and good times. Live entertainment
happening throughout.
For those visiting on the evening, experience Albert’s Schloss’ famous Seven Days of
Showtime. Monday to Friday events include Back to Mein, Back to Berties, Kunst Kabaret,
Baby Grand Slam and Friday Frolich. Expect the wild and wünderment of live performances
