THE BOUTIQUE HOTEL HAS LAUNCHED ITS BRAND NEW SEASONAL COCKTAIL COLLECTION, BURSTING WITH HEART-WARMING AND COMFORTING FLAVOURS TO GIVE A REAL FEEL OF AUTUMN.
The menu features carefully crafted combinations, such as:
- Autumn Fizz – Prosecco mixed with Xante Pear, Lemon Juice and Sugar, served with pear slices and viola flowers
- Firkin Brilliant – Firkin Oak Aged Gin, crisp apple juice, lemon juice, smooth honey, Angostura Bitters and soda, served with viola flowers and fresh cardamom pods
- Orange and Cardamom White Lady – Beefeater, Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao, bitters, lemon juice, sugar and egg white and, served with fresh apple
Alongside the seasonal cocktails a selection of ‘Maltonicals’ have been chosen featuring our favourite spirits, matching the perfect tonic with an autumn kick. The menu features twists on classics such as:
- Havana Club 7 with Pedrino sherry tonic, served with fresh orange and raisins
- Gin Mare with Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic, served with green olives, orange peel and rosemary
- Absolut Elyx with Fever Tree aromatic tonic, served with sour lemon slices and peppercorns
The seasonal cocktail menu features a creative selection of lovingly crafted combinations that provide a treat for the eye and the taste buds. The menu includes a two for £10 offer from Sunday – Thursday before 7.30pm on selected cocktails, providing the perfect opportunity get a real taste of the whole menu this autumn.
