Visitors at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Cheshire Oaks can now enjoy the unique artwork of local small business Be+Positive, which launched at the centre this Bank Holiday weekend for a limited time only. Be+Positive – also known as Bepo – is a low carbon footprint fashion business started by local artists wishing to publicly address mental health and self-confidence while promoting a positive mindset.

The Bepo pop-up shop will feature unisex, sustainable and seasonless fashion collections. The initiative is part of the designer outlet’s commitment to support local businesses by providing specialist assistance on key components such as business plans, social media strategies and retail expertise.

Centre visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy the pop-up as well as view unique commissioned art installations positioned around the centre. The main installation consists of the centre’s iconic ‘Cheshire Oaks’ location, with each letter being made out of individual motivational quotes and anonymous letters. The installation is aimed to provide inspiration for readers to become more positive and feel more empowered in their everyday lives.

Their products, available at the pop-up store from August 27th – 30th and September 3rd – 5th, are timeless pieces catering to all bodies and identities, designed with sustainability and minimal waste in mind.

General Manager at McArthurGlen Cheshire Oaks, Kenny Murray said: “Here at McArthurGlen Cheshire Oaks, we pride ourselves in the relationships we have built with local businesses, which is why we were so excited to partner with Bepo. By hosting this pop-up store in our centre, as well as providing business support, we are hoping this will result in considerable growth for such a wonderful initiative, which we should all pay more attention to. I would encourage every one of our visitors to give the Bepo pop-up store a visit, as I am sure we are all in need of some positivity these days!”

Ben Taylor, founder of Bepo and NHS Maintenance Support worker, said: “We are very excited to collaborate with McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Cheshire Oaks and bring our message to their loyal customers. It shows that hard work and patience does prevail. Lots of meetings, lots of concepts but we are finally here. Bepo is about empowering each and every individual to be the best they can possibly be, which is why we are particularly thankful to be using the centre’s platform to share more about our lifestyle, mindset and way of life. Bepo is more than just a clothing brand or slapping a smiley face on a product, we are about real, actionable change, aspiring all humans to be the very best they can be in this crazy world and we are ready to share this goal with McArthurGlen shoppers”
