LIVERPOOL’S TITANIC HOTEL LAUNCHED THEIR BRAND NEW COLONNADE BBQ EXPERIENCE LAST NIGHT.
The al fresco dining concept, which runs throughout the summer months, features chefs cooking on BBQs set up on the historic colonnaded terrace of the former dock warehouse, adjacent to the hotel’s award winning Stanley’s Bar and Grill.
Specially invited guests enjoyed a mouth-watering menu of BBQ and Tobacco rare breed pork with courgette fries, roasted leg of lamb with pitta, and Aberdeen Angus and horseradish burgers; accompanied by a variety of healthy options from The Salad Hut, including a refreshing watermelon salad with quinoa and sweet potato salad with walnuts and mustard.
Pop-up bars served chilled prosecco plus a wide variety of rums, and guests were encouraged to pimp their drinks, personalising them with exotic fruits and nectars.
The style team from Beauty Bazaar, Harvey Nichols gave guests expert make-up guidance and tips using Bobbi Brown products from their pop-up stand, showing how to achieve flawless Summer looks.
Guests were also entertained by the Pantasy steel band, who provided a laid-back musical backdrop to the evening, playing traditional Caribbean steel pan sounds as the sun set over Stanley Dock.
Brian Connor, General Manager of Titanic Hotel Liverpool commented: “We thoroughly enjoyed hearing the positive feedback from guests at the launch last night. We are looking forward to opening the BBQ to the general public this weekend for them to enjoy the scenic surroundings and great food.”
Titanic Liverpool’s Colonnade BBQ food menu is £15.00 per person and will be serving from 12.00pm – 17.00pm every Friday, Saturday and Sunday until 4th September, for both hotel guests and visitors.
