THE RIVER ISLAND X DOM JONES DESIGN FORUM CAPSULE COLLECTION IS HERE! THE ACCESSORIES COLLECTION LAUNCHED WITH A SHORT FILM THAT PREMIERED AS PART OF LFW.

The collection is made up of 9 pieces, which include necklaces, earrings, a key ring and a phone case all inspired by the Venus fly trap. Jones’ influence draws on the juxtaposition of the carnivorous plant, explaining it’s a “celebration of the beauty in the oddity of life, subverting the grotesque, and presenting them as the beautiful. The collection has a real sense of humour, pieces are fun and witty but also desirable and detailed”. True to his roots there’s an element of punk-chic evident throughout the collection with the appearance of blue bottle flies and the use of gunmetal.

The collection is priced from £20 – £70.
