MCARTHURGLEN DESIGNER OUTLET CHESHIRE OAKS TEAMS UP WITH BROOKS BROTHERS TO CHAMPION THE WHITE SHIRT THIS OCTOBER.
October 2016 sees McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Cheshire Oaks team up with iconic tailoring brand Brooks Brothers to launch an exciting pop-up concept: The White Shirt Bar.
Kicking off on 5th October The McArthurGlen x Brooks Brothers White Shirt campaign will be at Cheshire Oaks during October, in an exclusive custom designed airstream. The brand new pop up space will allow shoppers and visitors to the centre to explore the world of the white shirt, with 7 classic men’s and 4 women’s styles available and with prices starting at £69 – 35% off RRP.
With over 200sqft of space, the 31ft airstream has been completely refurbished by the in-house creative team to produce a unique, one off shopping experience. Shoppers will be invited throughout the month of October to delve into the world of the white shirt and discover not only its origins and history, but also the reason it is still considered to be one of the all-time sartorial classics today.
Known worldwide for its iconic shirts, Brooks Brothers is the perfect partner for this pop-up partnership. Founded in 1818, Brooks Brothers is one of the most iconic American brands and the oldest clothier in the United States, having dressed 39 of the 44 US Presidents and being the first to introduce the concept of button-down collar shirts and ready-made men’s suits to the American market.
Today Brooks Brothers has 280 stores across 23 countries and 5 continents and is heavily engaged in the world of film and TV having created all of the men’s costumes for the 2013 production of The Great Gatsby starring Leonardo DiCaprio, costumes for every season of the popular TV series Mad Men as well as many other productions.

The Cheshire Oaks White Shirt Bar will be hosted in centre from 5th October – 30th October. A nationwide tour will also be taking place at the same time with The McArthurGlen x Brooks Brothers White Shirt Truck stationed at the following centres:
