His & Hers was delighted to hear that at a time when we’re all spending more time at home, Karen Deas will be helping businesswomen to get in touch with their core values from the comfort of their own living rooms.

Karen believes that during such an uncertain period under the cloud of Covid-19, it’s the ideal time to reassess what’s really important to you in your life and business. The process starts with unearthing your Core Values that are deep in your heart. Most people have gone about their days being pushed about by the cornerstones of life, such as careers, family, life events and health. Very rarely do people carve out the time to really check in with themselves and pull to the surface their Core Values.

From Monday 19th to 23rd October, Karen Deas, also known at The Change Agent KD, is running a free 5-Day Core Values Challenge where all businesswomen are invited to take part in the challenge online. Karen has been designed it so that it shouldn’t take any more than one hour in total each day. Approximately 20 to 30 minutes is spent on the daily task and then around half hour in the evening on the Facebook Live stream where Karen will talk in more depth around the benefits of reassessing your core values, as well as answering any questions.

Karen added: “Doing the Core Values challenge is like turning on our inner GPS, so we gain profound clarity in life, as well as direction and understanding of our purpose. Our Core Values is the bedrock of our decision making, so once we are crystal clear on what they are, we a become a confident decision maker and go about our life with more poise, ease and increased feelings of worthiness as we know ourselves much better.”

From the Monday through to the Friday all participants will go through a journey of rediscovering themselves and what’s important to them. This can be done through connecting to intuition or finding a quiet space where there are no influences whilst completing the tasks. Towards the end of the week, once clear on the values, Karen guides you to look at areas of your life and where they are and aren’t aligned and what actions need to be taken.

In the previous challenge there were 168 participants and the feedback on breakthroughs were amazing.

Sandra Sipaviciute The Facilities Manager at the Women’s Organisation said: “I have attended and completed ‘5 Day core values challenge’ with Karen Deas and found it phenomenal. The personal findings were absolutely transformational and unexpected even, which made me reflect on it and realise a lot of things about how my core values clashed with certain areas of my life and why I did not feel satisfaction or joy due to this. It all makes sense now, and one of the tasks was to take actions afterwards so it is not just a 5-day challenge, I can carry on improving certain areas of my life with the steps Karen guided us to. Karen introduced daily tasks in a very simple manner, was smiling and interacting with the group all the time. Daily lives were something to look forward to after a work’s day, but if I missed one there was a recording ready to watch on Facebook. Karen manages to translate complex psychological terms into simple words and analogies. I definitely recommend Karen and The Change Agent workshops.”
