Hawarden Summer Camp

We wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Where to start and where to finish. His & Hers has some lovely memories from this year. We relax at The Olive Tree in New Brighton. They do a delicious Sunday roast with all the trimmings. Great restaurant and a lovely family venue with a really friendly vibe.

Sunday roasts might be an emerging theme. The Watering Can in Greenbank Park is another favourite for that special Sunday meal. It is also a beautiful venue; a cross between a very upmarket potting shed and a star-spangled conservatory, with watering cans hanging from the rafters and flowers very much in the mix.

We enjoyed a fabulous meal at The Manor, Greasby. This is fine dining in beautiful surroundings. And if you have it in mind to get married next year, there is a truly beautiful barn attached to the premises that has the wow factor and beyond.

We had a truly memorable evening at The Good Life Society at Hawarden in Castle. The banquet was splendid. There are outdoor events; a painting exhibition to visit; crafts and cookery classes. There are apartments to stay overnight and camping sights available too. The grounds are waiting for you to explore and in the summer fine dining in the grounds in the Italian manner.

For a fun time at Christmas, look no further than Albert’s Schloss in Liverpool. You will find the Christmas party spirit in star spangled spades. The food has that Alpine ambiance. All good.
