Leading the charge at Clockwise Liverpool, Kerri McKenna, Building Manager, says:

“We have had our sights set on Liverpool for years so it is a very exciting time for us, opening our third UK location and full steam ahead with more than five in the pipeline, we can’t wait to immerse ourselves in the vibrant Liverpool community!

“Clockwise offers maximum flexibility for businesses at every stage of the cycle with three unique memberships: hot-desking, dedicated desks and private offices. We are confident that we can suit the needs of every type and size of business from two to two hundred staff!”

Kerri added: “Clockwise’s proposition will certainly suit the needs of every company, from sole traders and start-ups, to well-established businesses in need of a stylish place to work. It’s going to be a real community of like-minded people, where businesses can come together in a flexible, creative work environment. Clockwise is synonymous with a thriving business community. We have a community-centred focus and embrace all types of businesses, initiating meaningful relationships and encouraging future successes that can take advantage of the work and life play on offer!”

Local Liverpool business, Thoughtfully, are manning the café onsite, offering high quality barista coffee and fully stocked breakfast, lunch and catering options. Having worked with ambitious startups and global super brands, Thoughtfully jumped at the opportunity to be a part of Clockwise and Edward Pavilion as they felt it was the perfect fit for their brand going forward.

Robyn Dooley from Thoughtfully commented:

“As we look back on a decade of supporting businesses ranging from small local ma-and-pa shops to household names, we are excited for our future within Edward Pavilion as we see this as a wonderful opportunity to continue our mission.

“Clockwise offers us the opportunity to grow our events programme that we have been running since December 2018, designed to better support businesses with the knowledge and skills to drive their ideas forward, and it provides us with the space to build a community of creative like-minds and businesses in the local area. Edward Pavilion allows us to match our coffee craft with design thinking.”

Rachael Pittaway, of the building developer Castleforge Partners, added:

“Edward Pavilion is a completely unique product in Liverpool, it is rare to find a building where ‘old’ meets ‘new’ like it does here, offering such a high level of quality.

We have extensively overhauled the building with state-of-the-art facilities and brand-new air-conditioning systems all while working hard to preserve the building’s originality and celebrate the history of its original cast iron columns, Victorian brickwork and vaulted ceilings.

We are very excited to welcome Clockwise and can’t wait to watch Edward Pavilion evolve with businesses of all sizes as they scale from two, twenty or more employees.”
