The centre has been transformed into a destination for family fun, where you can enjoy a grassed area with a pop up bar, BBQ grill shack, children’s games including water walkers and a festival themed seating area.
The Summertime Social launched last week with two awesome acts and every Saturday ‘Cheshire Oaks Introduces’ will showcase a series of live music sessions from local and regional acts throughout the summer. Anyone who wants to have a go at busking just needs to email the centre to secure their place, with a shopping voucher up for grabs for the best performance! The first weekend in August will see the Cheshire Oaks sports day in association with Nike, a weekend of free sports classes and events designed to get kids moving. The Nike events have been created to inspire the next generation of athletes, and encourage kids aged between five and 12 to get active. Children will be invited to attend sessions throughout the day and take part in the games.
On top of all of this, shoppers will of course also be able to make of the most of promotions available across the centre which hosts over 60 premium, high street and designer brands and offers amazing year-round savings of up to 60%.
Cheshire Oaks Summer Camp every Wednesday between 11am-4pm – Make the most of the summer whatever the weather! Cheshire Oaks has a fun-filled programme of craft, games and music, including kids crafty zones, Teddy Bears Picnic, face painting and crazy hair cress pots.
Wednesday 27th July – Get festival ready and create your own floral headband or wristband. Plus, stand out from the crowd with our unique summer face painters.
Wednesday 3rd August – Become your favourite fictional character for the day with superhero mask designing and butterfly wing creating.
Wednesday 10th August – Perfect for the aspiring artist, the little painters workshop will give children the chance to create some marvelous masterpieces.
Wednesday 17th August – Bring along your favourite ted and take part in our Teddy Bears Picnic, plus spot the hidden bears to win treats.
Wednesday 24th August – Create your own crazy hair cress pots and then watch them grow wild at home.
Wednesday 31st August – Take the festival fun home with our create-your-own bunting workshop.
