Festive shoppers will be given an extra helping hand this Christmas as Liverpool ONE’s Christmas Concierge service makes its return. Launched last year to help customers tick everything off their Christmas shopping lists, the service is back with a 10-strong team ready to lend their expertise.

From signposting visitors to the best places for the perfect gift to assisting with restaurant bookings, the initiative kicks off on Saturday 23 November, with the team setting up base on Peter’s Lane and Upper South John Street.

Running every day until Christmas Eve, the Christmas Concierge will also give recommendations and information about the city’s attractions, as well as offering shopping bag-laden visitors a helping hand back to their cars. Customers are also invited to enjoy Liverpool ONE’s free ‘hands-free’ shopping service where they can securely leave shopping bags and collect them before heading home.

“Our Christmas Concierge was a huge success last year and we found that shoppers really loved the chance to have that personal experience and get expert advice. ”

Also among Liverpool ONE’s festive line-up this year is the arrival of the Polar Adventure, a magical land train experience that transports passengers to the North Pole for a ‘polar pop-party’.

Installed on Chavasse Park, the Polar Adventure gives visitors the chance to try out festive-themed arts and crafts and enjoy a hot chocolate, as well as taking part in a story-time session.

Much-loved favourites such as Bar Hutte – complete with festive ‘carol-oke’ – is also back underneath the iconic, 30 metre-tall Christmas tree on Paradise Street, offering live music and a tempting menu of festive cocktails.
