The team at Hickory’s Smokehouse are celebrating the start of a new season by bringing back their popular autumn deals.
From choice cuts of delectably smoked meats, to finger-licking favourites drenched in their signature BBQ sauce, there are a few old timers in the line-up along with a new ‘people’s choice’ addition, as voted for by over 10,000 Hicks super-fans from across the region.
Hickory’s west Kirby General Manager Tom Schofield, said the team had been overwhelmed by the number of votes they received across their social media channels and they are hope that the epic new sub is a big hit with guests.
So what’s the full line up?
On Monday its time to make way for the new kid on the block, the all-new Cheesesteak Super-Sub. A mighty foot long sub stuffed with heaps of thinly carved rump steak, sweet caramelised onions and tasty field mushrooms, topped with lashings of American cheese and served with skin-on fries and house slaw. Tuesdays see the return of the finger-lickingly good Big Chicken Bucket. The ultimate American comfort-food classic – think juicy fried chicken breasts coated in a deliciously spiced Southern fried crumb, classic Kentucky style buttermilk wings and golden hunks of popcorn chicken perfection. Add on the sides and you will be in chicken heaven! (£10.99)
Sometimes you can’t improve on perfection and Wednesday is all about Hickory’s all-time favourite deal, the iconic Steak and Shake. A perfect, 8oz Black Angus steak, cooked just how you like it and served with the milkshake of the day. (£10.99)
And for the final flourish, roll-up for a rip-roaring BBQ feast every Thursday with the return of the BBQ Blow Out! A full on meaty masterpiece packed full of sensational flavours – dive into a slow-cooked selection of juicy hand-pulled pork, Memphis baby back ribs, wings and Southern fried chicken, topped off with a giant jalapeño and cheese pork sausage and tangy barbecue beans.
