Tania Smith created Le Petit Cleaning Co whilst on maternity leave just before the first lockdown in March 2020 and has since pivoted to attract a number of clients with luxury properties.

Tania Smith, a mother of two from Wirral, has been inundated since she went back to work after the first lockdown and is working on a strict ‘Waiting List’ basis only.

Proving that cleaning doesn’t have to be old fashioned and boring, Tania is passionate about providing tips and tricks and showing how to make your home gleam and sparkle.

Having always been a neat freak, Tania remembers being a little girl and keeping her room spic and span.

She explained: “I’ve always liked things to be neat and orderly; I can’t relax in an untidy or dirty environment. I have an eye for detail – good cleaning is lots of small things executed well and attention to detail is key. Cleaning really lifts my mood and I feel I’ve accomplished something when I step back and see my client’s properties absolutely spotless.”

Having started her career as a beauty therapist, launching her own cleaning company was a huge change. 

But having always had a passion for cleaning, Tania was on a mission to make it more glamorous and show her clients how trendy cleaning could be. During this time, Mrs Hinch took social media by storm and cleaning hacks, new brands and must-have products boomed and Tania focussed on showcasing her cleaning talents via Instagram.

Amassing over 10,000 followers, Tania has also been named one of three ‘Best Rated Cleaning Services’ in Wirral. Her services include a full cleaning operation, where she provides all products and equipment. She also provides: housekeeping, deep cleaning, ironing service, organising, styling, crisp linen and beds made to hotel standard.

Turning to cleaning luxury properties is the best part of the job for Tania.

She explained: “I have a passion for all things interiors and I am so lucky to work in some of the most exclusive and beautiful properties on the Wirral, in Liverpool and Cheshire. Our clientele have beautiful, luxury properties and (I) am really grateful that they trust me to deliver my best work each time. My reviews really do speak for themselves and I receive positive feedback daily…I always go the extra mile to ensure that my clients receive the best service at all times including our thorough home consultation service where we offer a walk through of the property. That allows clients to ask questions, build a profile, understand their needs and requirements and not many cleaning services offer this.”

Tania added: “Cleaning was once seen as a job for lower class individuals and a service for the wealthy only…Those days are gone! As life gets busier, it’s now a necessity for some households and my luxury services are tailored to my client’s needs meaning their homes are always beautifully clean, tidy and organised.”
