OSPREY LONDON HAVE LAUNCHED A CHARITY INITIATIVE, NOW IN ITS 5TH YEAR, WHICH RUNS THROUGHOUT SEPTEMBER AT MCARTHURGLEN’S CHESHIRE OAKS DESIGNER OUTLET. THE BRITISH-LUXURY LEATHER COMPANY RENOWNED FOR ITS VINTAGE-INSPIRED BAGS AND ACCESSORIES, ARE RAISING MONEY FOR LOCAL CHARITY, THE HOSPICE OF THE GOOD SHEPARD.
The Handbag Amnesty allows customers to bring in any brand of unwanted handbag – new or used – and in turn, receive 15% off a new Osprey London handbag when they spend £100 in-store, or 20% off when spending over £200.
The donated bags will be sold by The Hospice of the Good Shepherd, raising funds to help the charity continue providing services free of charge to patients and families facing life limiting illnesses.
Kenny Murray, Centre Manager, McArthurGlen Cheshire Oaks, said: “McArthurGlen’s Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet is proud to be supporting the Osprey London Handbag Amnesty to help raise money for charity – this is a hugely worthy cause for the local community and McArthurGlen Cheshire Oaks is delighted to be involved.”
Graeme Ellisdon, Managing Director at Osprey London, said: “We’re delighted to help this local charity raise funds in this way. By way of a thank you, people donating a bag can receive a voucher entitling them to money off a new Osprey London bag in store. It’s a great way to recycle and get a bag you really love while helping support a really worthwhile cause.”
