The Spa @ Suites Hotel is celebrating its fifth birthday with the introduction of new measures allowing spa guests to book their visits more quickly and easily. In response to demand, the multi-award-winning spa has welcomed an online booking service which will allow clients to book spa days at the quick click of a button.
What’s more, the new system will also allow for the purchase of spa gift vouchers offering an ideal solution for last-minute gifts.
Managing Director of Suites Hotel & Spa Lyndsay Stanistreet-Tyer said: “As we were approaching our spa’s fifth birthday, we have taken time out to consider new additions to benefit our guests and that’s where the plans for our online booking system came into place. Our hotel guests have long enjoyed the convenience of logging into our portal to book their overnight stays and now seemed the perfect time to introduce the same offering for our spa clients.
“As part of our latest updates, our clients can browse online to find what they’re looking for at a date and time that’s convenient for them. The latest online booking system follows a full digital makeover for the hotel – last year, we introduced our brand new website, so we are pleased to be able to offer our guests the full package when it comes to efficient bookings within all areas of the hotel, including our new Boutique Fitness Studio.”
As part of the birthday celebrations, The Spa @ Suites Hotel will also be undergoing a mini-makeover and as a thank you to its guests, will be offering 10% off spa days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays throughout September when booked before September 22.
Lyndsay added: “With Christmas fast creeping up on us, our new system also offers those last-minute festive shoppers the perfect gifting option as vouchers can be purchased online and printed out at home, meaning there’s no need to visit us at the hotel as we have done in previous years.”
