Royal Albert Dock launches Plan Your Visit campaign as hospitality re-opens

champion city

We have so many memories of beautiful evenings, great food and generally good times at the Royal Albert Dock, so this is really exciting news. This is an idyllic setting: with a back-drop of beautiful historic buildings, ‘dancing’ lights and lapping water that soothes the soul. We have also enjoyed some of the best food to be had in the region. We have been, very happy, regulars at: Maray, Lunylita, MADRE and Gusto. The prospect of re-connecting with those wonderful experiences is definitely something to shout about. We also relish the notion of discovering more restaurants this time around.

Royal Albert Dock Liverpool, which is part of the UNESCO waterfront has provided the perfect backdrop for city residents over the past few months. In July, the hospitality industry starts to re-open.  We can look forward to once again visiting a selection of Liverpool’s finest restaurants, bars & cafes. Some Dock shops have already opened.

The hospitality and leisure plan at the Albert Dock is to re-open from Saturday 4th July 2020. Visitors are encouraged to visit the Albert Dock’s website and the new ‘Plan Your Visit’ page for the latest up-to-date information. You can find details of openings, booking links and any information you may need ahead of your trip to the Dock.

The Albert Dock estate team have been working hard while we have been away, installing visible guidance and signage making sure we can return with confidence. Alfresco dining at the dock is top of everyone’s post-lockdown wish list and they have increased space between existing outdoor tables.

Rain or shine, sitting around the quayside or in the Anchor Courtyard taking in the afternoon sun, has just not been the same without people being able to enjoy the full experience.
