Santa Maluco takes inspiration from both the diverse tastes of Brazil and authentic flavours of Italy. The drinks menu, like little sister venue Santo Chupitos, offers a diverse range of refreshing rum-based cocktails and nostalgia-inducing summer shakes. Rodizio style dining means guests pay a fixed price for unlimited pizza. Foodies can sample flavoursome wood fired pizzas and hearty salads washed down with a menu of inventive cocktails.
Santa Maluco is just one of six restaurant and bar venues owned by Graffiti Spirits Group. It Opened in 2016 and has become a firm favourite for those in the business district and further afield. It is a great venue for speedy work lunches, family get-togethers or indulgent dinners with friends over cocktails.
The food menu includes: shredded duck, spring onions, cucumber and char siu. Another option is white pizza topped with mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, courgette, aubergine and garlic oil. And of course the Ma-Donner, which features: shoulder of lamb, mozzarella, cabbage, onions, tahini, yogurt and mint dressing. Healthy flavoursome salads, such as chicken and pancetta, and the classic Waldorf are on the menu. Pizzas are made from scratch by talented pizziolas: the Rodizio option is priced at £10 before 4pm and £15 after. To follow, there are mouth-watering desserts and of course a tempting cocktail menu that includes: Jamaican Me Stormy which is rum, fresh lime and ginger beer. You might care to try St Germain Punch: gin, elderflower, fresh lime, Peychaud’s Bitters topped with Ting Cream Soda.
The charming open plan space reveals a well-stocked bar and, centre stage, a giant wood fired pizza oven. Guests can watch in wonder as the next pizza emerges. There is outdoor seating for long sunny summer afternoons and relaxing warm evenings.
