You can choose from eight fantastic thirty minute treatments: Knot a Problem, Skin Care Workout, Get Glowing, SOS Facial, DeStress Express, Revital Eyes, Firming Favourite, and, specifically designed for men, A Little He Time.

The beautiful tucked away BeautyBAR meant I could hear little noise, and combined with the use of Clarins natural, highly effective skin care products applied using unique methods, it was surprisingly tranquil. I was left in the capable hands of Therapist Marie, who guided me through the treatment choices and completed a speedy skincare analysis. Both the SOS Facial and Get Glowing sounded perfect for me, so Marie offered to combine the two.

A double cleanse was followed by some gentle exfoliation and moisture quenching hydrating serums to re-hydrate my skin, all using a gentle, gliding massage technique to boost the effectiveness of the products and give glowing results. My eyes were looking particularly fatigued, which were revitalised using eye contour gel and eye contour balm, along with more minute maximizing, relaxing and de-puffing massage strokes. A mask was used to finish, and while this got to work, my hands also got some TLC as Marie extended the blissful massage strokes to my shoulders and hands.

A touch of make up was also delicately and skilfully applied to add colour back to my face afterwards, without feeling heavy.

The plant propelled products smelt heavenly and really did deliver, leaving my skin plump, dewy, fresher and brighter, with dark circles dispatched and my small break out banished. My therapist also gave me some expert tips and tailor made skin care suggestions for my beauty routine at home.

With newly found radiant skin and lifted spirits I still had time for a quick lunch before heading back to work.
