The Watering Can

One of Liverpool’s most popular venues, The Watering Can, is offering customers who book in for a Festive Sunday Roast between now and Christmas Eve the chance to ‘Have a drink on us!’ With two more Sundays to go until the big day, the owners of the beautiful venue in Greenbank Park are offering customers a festive tipple from the team to thank them for their fantastic support throughout the year.

The Watering Can Roast, affectionately dubbed ‘As good as ya ma’s’ has had a festive makeover and the mouth-watering two-course menu offer for £26 for the next two Sundays will include a complimentary glass of prosecco or a bottle of beer.

The Chicken Roast has been replaced with Free Range Norfolk Black Turkey Breast, Pork and Cranberry Stuffing and Yorkshire Pudding, served with Roast Potatoes, Maple Syrup Roasted Carrots, Kale, Broccoli and Gravy and sides include festive Cranberry Pigs in Blankets, Roasted Sprouts with Chestnuts and Pancetta and a truly delicious Truffle Cauliflower Cheese.

Owner, Keith Perryman, said: “Our Sunday Roasts are incredibly popular and are regularly fully booked, with customers travelling from miles around to enjoy them.  We wanted to thank our guests for their custom and wish them a Merry Christmas, so we decided we would let them have a drink on us in the run up to Christmas”.

Be quick, with only two Sundays to go, places are filling fast and early booking is highly recommended.  Get your table booked fast to enjoy a drink on The Watering Can and a Festive Roast ‘as good as ya ma’s’.

‘Have a drink on us’ applies to guests ordering the Festive Roast. The Festive Roast will not be served on Sunday 24th December.
