Regular readers will know that the His & Hers team just can’t resist sharing the latest make-up news (and when it comes to skincare, we have no secrets!) So as soon as Too Faced opened its doors in Liverpool ONE, we were at the front of the queue to check out all of their pastel hued make-up counters.
Our first impression was that Too Faced has serious stopping power. We appreciate that in this Instagram era, you’ll find plenty of flower walls vying for your attention and some space on your Insta grid. But even in this crowded field, the Too Faced flower arch round the doorway is likely to catch your eye and put a smile on your face.
Inside, you’ll find all the Too Faced best-sellers, and a fun, friendly and highly skilled make-up team on hand to help you find the best shades and products (and to share the tricks of the trade for applying them).
If you’re looking for some of the most iconic Too Faced products, including the Peaches & Cream collection, Better Than Sex Mascara (which is the best-selling mascara in the States), Lip Injection Extreme and Born This Way foundation, you’ll find them all in the new Liverpool store.
After discovering a few new make-up favourites at the Too Faced launch, His & Hers returned for an evening event at the store with Good News Liverpool and plenty of other local publishers, beauty journos and influencers.
We noticed that no-one could put their phone or camera down for long, as the store’s far too photogenic to leave without taking some pictures. And we also discovered that the Too Faced team do a fantastic foundation and concealer shade match – perfect for that no make-up effortless look.
