Christmas lunch

ON FRIDAY, CAROLYN HUGHES PR HOSTED HER ANNUAL CHARITY CHRISTMAS LUNCH IN AID OF RADIO CITY’S CASH FOR KIDS. THIS GLAMOROUS EVENT IS NOW IN ITS 8TH YEAR AND HAS BECOME SOMETHING OF A LEGEND IN THE NORTH WEST.

The event was supported by The Christmas Decorators and Jumping Jacks and featured singing sensation Rebecca Ferguson, Real Housewives of Cheshire Queen Dawn Ward with husband Ashley, Danielle Lloyd, Emmerdale bad girl Gillian Kearney and Tina Malone. Local designers Philip Armstrong and Tony Burke kicked off their festive celebrations along with stylist Lorraine McCulloch.

About Carolyn Hughes’s Christmas Lunch:

The event was hosted by Radio City’s Peter Price, with Simon Ross helping out with the raffle and the auction. A packed schedule of entertainment saw a DJ and saxophonist entertaining the guests, before X Factor’s Gary Barker provided a set during lunch.  After the raffle and the auction, former X Factor star Edward Reid wowed the audience with his unique singing style and a fantastic floor filling set. Guests had fun with a Christmas Decorators Bauble Wall and Bauble photo frame  and enjoyed festive glitter face painting by Jumping Jacks. The event raised £23,000 for Radio City’s Cash for Kids.

Carolyn Hughes, CEO of CHPR, said “The annual CHPR charity lunch in aid of Cash for Kids is always a great day. I am grateful for the support of Carole Clare at Cash for Kids, Jumping Jacks, The Christmas Decorators, and everyone who has supported with their attendance or a prize.  The funds raised today will help those less fortunate.”

Carolyn Hughes’s charity lunch took place at Gusto, Liverpool, where guests went the extra mile to raise money for Cash for Kids.
