Situated on the Britannia Pavillion located on the world famous Royal Albert Dock Liverpool, One Health Whole You is a new health and wellness pop-up, running for three months throughout the summer.
Founded by Liverpuddlian Hailey Coxon, who has over 20 years experience in the health and wellness industry, One Health Whole You has been launched to empower people of all ages to gain control of their health and wellbeing through various workshops and classes including the likes of ‘WakeUpYou’, ‘CoreYou’, ‘MindYou’ and ‘HitFlowYou’, to name a few.
Hailey successfully runs Holistic Mindset Coaching sessions and fitness classes in the North West, and is now bringing her teachings to this unique pop-up which promises to be a hit with wellness enthusiasts.
In addition to the weekly classes and workshops, One Health Whole You also offers employees and companies bespoke sessions for managing wellness in the workplace, with a focus on empowering individuals to decrease their levels of stress and anxiety related illnesses.
This in turn will provide a healthier, happier workplace, with improved levels of productivity and focus. With ‘MindYou’ sessions running for no longer than 15 minutes, employees can enjoy meditation sessions on work breaks, to increase productivity, support longevity and increase self development.
For something a little different, One Health Whole You also offers an alternative to regular birthdays, hen and stag dos. Focusing on a whole mind and body approach, guests can enjoy workshops on ‘Finding Balance – using a whole body mindset’, smoothie and healthy snack making demonstrations, as well as activities such as yoga, HIIT or meditation. Each event can have any aspect from the timetable integrated into it for a bespoke party package.
Speaking on the new wellness pop-up, Hailey comments, “The ethos behind my One Health Whole You wellness studio is to share tools and techniques which will support and empower the people of Liverpool to take control of their health and wellbeing, all whilst enjoying the stunning location of our great Albert Dock!”
