Liverpool’s property sector has a new estate agent, Desmond & Shaw Lettings.
Now officially open, Desmond & Shaw Lettings brings together decades of property experience with a singular mission: to provide the best property rental experience for both tenants and landlords. The estate agents is dedicated to finding the best properties in the Liverpool region, delivering around the clock maintenance support and creating a seamless rental experience.
With Liverpool now classed as having the fastest growing city centre population, now around the 36,000 mark, city living has never been so popular, with new developments and even new districts such as the Knowledge Quarter and Fabric District, popping up around the city.
Strictly based online, a major focus for Desmond & Shaw will be on digital marketing so clients’ properties stand out from the crowd in a very competitive market. The company was set up by Directors Lyndsay Shaw and Gerrard Desmond. Lyndsey comes from a property background after managing a North Liverpool agency for many years. Gerard brings with him over 30 years or property maintenance experience having looked after portfolios for many of the city’s agents.
Lyndsay Shaw, Director, said: “As the world changes, especially during the current pandemic, we are based solely online. We will be meeting our clients on site at properties and handling all paperwork online. One of the unique selling points we offer our clients is that we have our very own in-house contractor, led by Gerrard, so clients can rest assured that any maintenance issues will be dealt with quickly. We also offer some of the lowest fees in the current marketplace.”
Desmond & Shaw will also offer a specialist sales service that caters specifically to the requirements of landlords. They will be working closely with The Advice Centre, who offer mortgages and protection advice. Mortgages on offer range from residential to buy to let.
