Lucy Bramley, a 26-year-old fashion entrepreneur from Liverpool, is taking Instagram by storm with her new brand, Ruched and Ready, which has been created to inspire body confidence and encourage women to embrace their curves. The label’s inaugural 23-piece collection, designed to flatter women of all shapes and sizes, has already generated a following among fashion influencers, celebrities and stylists.

Fashion and lifestyle blogger, Sarah Ashcroft, who recently shared a picture of herself wearing a piece from the new collection in LA, told her one million followers she was “so in love with this dress from @ruchedandready.”

Celebrity fans include Love Island’s Stephanie Lam and You Tube star Rachel Leary, as well as influencers Dabz, Melissa Sophia and Jess Flanagan, who have all been spotted wearing dresses from the Ruched and Ready label.

The Ruched and Ready collection features stunning figure-hugging ruched dresses and skirts, which ooze glamour and style. Designed and produced in the UK from high quality materials including velvet and stretch fabric, each piece has an empowering name such as ‘You Got It Girl’ and ‘Own It’, reflecting the brand’s mission to inspire body confidence in all women.

Founder, Lucy Bramley, who has a first class honours degree in PR and several years of fashion marketing experience with Shop Direct under her belt, launched Ruched and Ready after struggling to find the right fit to suit her own curvy body shape.

She explains: “As someone who has always found it a challenge to find dresses to enhance my curves, I have spent a lot of time learning how to tweak outfits to make them more flattering. Plus-size dresses aren’t always created to make the most of curvy figures but every piece in my collection has been designed with my own body shape in mind.

“During the design process, it became clear that the Ruched and Ready collection flatters most body shapes, not just girls with curves. My aim is to inspire body confidence among all women and I am delighted that the collection is just as popular with girls who are a size 8 as it is with those who wear a size 18.”

Ruched and Ready is currently available in sizes 8 to 20 and there are plans to extend the size range even further as the brand develops. The website features models showcasing the collection in small, large and extra large to show how the designs suit women of different sizes.

The new collection from Ruched and Ready is available online at ruchedandready.co.uk. Follow Ruched and Ready on Instagram @ruchedandready to keep up with the latest news.
