Whether you are shopping or celebrating, catching up with friends or taking in the wonderful sight of Liverpool’s historic waterfront, Hilton’s terrace is the perfect spot to watch the world go by.

Enjoy a fabulous selection of sumptuous Bar Bites, choose three Big Bites for £20, including Nachos, Tangy BBQ Wings, Beef Barbacoa Mac and Cheese or tasty Spiced Cauliflower Fritters.

The team at the Hilton say that the alfresco terrace is the perfect setting to introduce their new summer cocktail menu in association with Botanist Gin, including a classic Botanist Gin and Tonic, Botanist and Pear Martini, a Wild Garden or a Botanist Bubbles.

The alfresco terrace is open daily from midday and live music can be enjoyed every weekend from 2pm.
