As visitors and residents returned to Liverpool’s shops, and enjoyed their first restaurant meals and cocktails for months, sitting outside in the sunshine, Hilton Liverpool City Centre unveiled its stunning new Al Fresco terrace by PIMA. The glorious spring weather provided the ideal conditions in which to showcase the hotel’s new summer partnership with the incredibly popular Love Lane Brewery.

Situated on Thomas Steers Way in Liverpool ONE, Hilton Liverpool City Centre’s stylish terrace, complete with an eye-catching outdoor Love Lane container bar, is now offering a selection of signature branded craft ales, in addition to PIMA’s bespoke selection of bottled beers, wines and spirits. No Al Fresco terrace would be complete without a mouth-watering selection of signature bespoke cocktails freshly prepared by the hotel’s expert mixologists, including popular classic Daquiris, a fabulous selection of Margaritas, the PIMA Colada, Cosmopolitans and Long Island Iced Tea to name a few. Guests will be able to take full advantage of the predicted glorious sunshine with the Al Fresco Happy Hour where they can  enjoy two sumptuous cocktails for £15 (Monday-Thursday 7-9pm, Sunday 1-4pm).

To complement the extensive drinks menu, PIMA Bar is offering a tempting selection of small plates and sides, including Cajun Chicken Wings, Halloumi Fries and Salt and Pepper Squid, along with some mouth-watering mains including: Margherita and Pepperoni Pizza, Dirty Wagyu Beef Burger, Moving Mountains Burger and a Butter Chicken Burger.

Opening from midday to 9pm (weather dependent) Monday to Sunday, Hilton’s Liverpool City Centre Al Fresco Terrace by PIMA is a one stop shop for a fabulous catch up with friends, or the perfect pit stop during a shopping trip, or the ideal spot for a long lazy lunch!
