Regular readers will know that there are certain fragrance and beauty launches that the His & Hers team counts down to, and that we have been known to get overly excited by any Jo Malone London news.
So after a quiet couple of months in terms of fragrance and beauty events, we were more than ready for this week’s Lost In Wonder launch.
Rather than paying a visit to the Jo Malone London townhouse, journalists were invited to discover the new collection, which has been inspired by the ancient Hanging Gardens, at a digital launch event, while spritzing the fragrances in the comfort of their own homes.
Did we miss the usual hugs, chats and chance meetings with friendly beauty journalists a little? Yes, but it was intriguing to be able to gauge the press’s response to the fragrances almost instantly via Zoom, rather than just hearing the views of your own group.
Journalists picked Fig & Lotus Flower as their choice of daytime fragrance, while Cypress & Grapevine is perfect for these late summer evenings. And, of course, this being Jo Malone London (the brand which made fragrance combining a thing) the two fragrances have been created to pair perfectly together.
About the collection:
