Talented youngsters, Ewan Jones (17) and Rosie Taylor (22) were amongst those celebrated at a special awards ceremony hosted by Liverpool ONE this weekend.

People working in the stores, restaurants and bars located within Liverpool ONE were invited to come along and take part in the Love Liverpool ONE Awards that took place on Sunday 15 September.

Store managers were asked to nominate the retail and hospitality stars who’d impressed them to be in with the chance to be congratulated alongside their neighbours at the

entertaining event, which took place at Roxy Ballroom, Hanover Street.

Among other the winners were Aether’s Danny Stewart, who won Manager of the year; the Ralph Lauren store, who won Best Newcomer following a close online vote; and Hugo Boss, which won Best Mystery Shop in retail based on the excellent customer service, product knowledge and in store experience provided. Whilst many stores scored top marks, the independent Mystery Shop inspectors also commented on the overall warmth and friendliness experienced across the whole estate.
