AS WE CELEBRATE INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY, HIS & HERS COULDN’T RESIST SHARING SOME RELATED EVENTS IN LIVERPOOL.

On the Menu at One Fine Day: There is an all-new supper menu every Thursday and Friday available between 5pm and 8pm. It is contemporary and creative British cuisine, that uses locally sourced produce to great effect.

Yoga Brunch: every second Sunday (1st July, 15th July, 29th July) 11am – 1pm. An hour’s session of yoga flow is followed by a nutritional feast in the spacious events hall. All abilities welcome: £20 per person. Please bring your own mat.

Mindfulness Lunch: every Tuesday 1pm – 2pm: £10 per person. You can step away from the desk and find a tranquil calming place. Dionne Palmer will be the weekly guide. There are simple body and breath meditations to calm the mind, increase clarity and improve focus.  Buffet lunch is available after the 25 minute session.

Oh Me Oh My shares some secrets

Afternoon tea includes delicious treats and live music. Rumour has it that the dates are: Sunday 1st July, Sunday 5th August, and Bank Holiday Monday, 27th August. Prosecco, Champagne and cocktails are all in the mix. Prices range from £17.99.

Secret Brunch Club

Brunch will be Sunday, 8th July and Monday 6th August. There is a tempting  option to mix your own Bellini cocktails.

Secret session roast: with tasty vegetarian and meat options, takes place Sunday 22nd July, between 1pm – 3.30pm.

An evening with Michael Palin at Oh Me Oh My

This takes place on Thursday 4th October, 7pm – 9pm. He will be talking about his latest book: ‘Erebus: the story of a ship’. This is sure to be entertaining in a maritime setting.
