As our Editor declared just recently, Graffiti Spirits’ Salt Dog Slim’s knows how to make a delicious cocktail with the best of ingredients. Especially quality authentic spirits; well they would, wouldn’t they! The weather is bitingly cold and it is beginning to feel a lot like Christmas. It is the perfect excuse to indulge. Luckily, Graffiti Spirits Group, one of the North West’s leading independent bar and restaurant groups, are offering up some festive themed delights.

The talented pizziolas at Santa Maluco, Liverpool’s only Rodizio Pizza Restaurant are hard at work. They have created a mouth-watering festive menu successfully combining authentic Italian flavours with British Christmas classics.
Available from December 1st, guests are able pay £20 before 4pm and £25 after for unlimited pizza. Choose from both their normal and Christmas menus. Try Christmas Pizza smothered in Pigs and Blankets, Roast Turkey, Bacon and a Cranberry Glaze. Vegetarian options are also available. Delicious sides are on hand, such as Honey Roast Parsnips and Sprouts with Maple Bacon.
Slim’s Pork Chop Express on Seel Street in Liverpool has created not one but two exciting Christmas menus. For those who simply cannot wait, there is good news. Their Xmas Feast will be served throughout the week from 3pm till late and from 12pm till late on weekends.
The feasts include a selection of meats, sides and deserts, including the likes of brisket and turkey, Maple bacon sprouts and cranberry gravy. Their XXXMAS Day Menu, does what Slim’s does best, combining two of the UK’s favourite gastronomies – BBQ and Chinese. For £65 per person guests can enjoy, Slow Cooked Glazed Ham Hock or Dim Sum. This is followed by Turkey Breast wrapped in bacon or Baby Back Ribs with a sticky glaze. It’s a feasting experience like no other. All this and Christmas too..
